Laughing is one of the best ways to ease your mind. It is a mjor part of having a stress free day. we ofen get overwhelmed and forget how to laugh and just have a good time. One should enjoy laughter atleast everyday...never go a day without laughing. Keep little jokes at your desk that you can read, remember somethng funny or go to your classic jokester! lol they will always cheer you up!
